  • What are the rental requirements for operating a boat?
    The designated boat operator must be at least 18 years old. A valid boating license or Boating Safety Education ID Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is required for all operators born on or after January 1, 1988.   • Is safety equipment provided on the boats?
    Yes, we provide life jackets for all passengers (children 6 years and under must wear a life jacket at all times) Sizes equipped are as follows: 12 - Adult Universal Sizes 2 - Infant Sizes (0-30lbs) 2 Small Child Sizes (30-50lbs) 2 - Medium Sized Child (50-90lbs) Additionally, the boat is equipped with necessary safety gear, including fire extinguishers, horns, whistles, and throwable PFD.
  • Do rentals include fuel, or is it the renter's responsibility to refill the tank before returning the boat?
    No need to worry about fuel. We've got you covered! Our boats are always provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. Renters should plan their trip accordingly to ensure they have enough fuel for their intended usage. However, running out of fuel during an 8-hour day on the water isn't much of a concern at all.
  • How many people can the boat accommodate?
    Each boat has a maximum capacity of 12 people (max weight, 2,200 lbs), including children of all ages. Exceeding the maximum capacity is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. In the case you have a party of more than 12 people, please ask us about our multiple boat rental discounts. We can accommodate parties of up to 36 people at a time.
  • What forms of payment do you accept for rentals?
    We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. Please check with our staff for specific payment options or related questions. If you'd like to pay the remaining balance for your rental in the form of cash please let us know ahead of time, either by text, call, or email. Thank you!
  • What is the duration of a standard rental?
    Our standard rental period is 8 hours. We do not offer half-day rentals. However, if you wish to return earlier than your 8-hour period, please let us know in advance and we will work to accommodate your needs. For any emergencies in which you need to return early, please notify us at 321-222-0566 immediately. Returning later than your given return window will incur additional charges. We charge $3 per late minute returning the boat rental.
  • Are there any restrictions on where I can take the boat?
    You can explore the beautiful waters of all of our surrounding areas. Renters are permitted to travel as far north as John Jorgensen's Landing Boat Ramp and as far South as the Wabasso Causeway Bridge. There may be specific navigational restrictions and no-wake zones that we will advise you on during the safety orientation.
  • Can I dock the boat at a restaurant or island during my rental?
    The short answer is yes. However, for your safety and the protection of the boat, we recommend that you do not dock at unapproved locations or private locations. We can provide you with information on nearby docks and permitted areas.
  • Do you have a list of recommended areas or points of interest?
    Yes, we can provide you with a list of recommended areas, sights, and points of interest to help you make the most of your boating experience.
  • What is the procedure for boat check-in and check-out?
    Our staff will conduct a thorough boat check-in and check-out process to ensure the boat is in good condition and that all safety equipment is present. After boarding, your entire group will be briefed on all safety gear and standard/ safety procedures just prior to departing. After returning, we will conduct a brief inspection of the boat and ensure everything is in working condition and that your group has not left anything behind. It's as simple as that!
  • Do you offer discounts for multiple rentals or group bookings?
    We do offer discounts for group bookings or multiple rentals. Please contact us at 321-222-0566 for more information.
  • What should renters do in case of an emergency while out on the water?
    In case of an emergency, renters should immediately contact us at 321-222-0566 for assistance and follow the instructions provided. Our team is trained to handle various emergency situations and will dispatch help as needed. Renters should also be familiar with the location of safety equipment on board, including life jackets and first aid kits, and know how to use them. If you are in a real emergency and need assistance ASAP please call 911 immediately.
  • Will renters receive instructions on how to operate the boat safely before departure?
    Yes, before departure, renters will receive a comprehensive briefing on how to operate the boat safely. This includes instructions on starting and stopping the engine, navigating the waterways, using safety equipment, and understanding any specific features of the boat. We prioritize safety and ensure that all renters feel confident and informed before setting out on the water.
  • Do you provide life jackets for infants and small children?
    Yes, we offer up to (2) life jackets suitable for infants and (2) life jackets suitable for children under 90 lbs to ensure their safety on board. If you have more children in your party than the life jackets we supply for children, please ensure to bring your own! All children 6 years old and under MUST wear a life jacket at all times per Florida law.
  • Are pets allowed on board? If so, are there any restrictions or guidelines?
    Absolutely, pets are allowed on board. However, renters are responsible for their behavior and any mess they may create. Renters should bring any necessary supplies for their pets, such as water and food bowls. Please ensure that your pet remains under control at all times to avoid any disturbances to other boaters or wildlife.
  • What happens in the event of bad weather during my rental period?
    Your safety is our priority. If inclement weather prevents safe boating, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a refund.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement for passengers?
    While there is no specific minimum age for passengers, we recommend that all passengers be comfortable and able to follow safety guidelines. You must be 21 years or older to rent our Pontoons.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date will forfeit the entire deposit.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made online through our website HERE, or you can contact us at 321-222-0566 and we will be happy to assist you in creating your reservation. To secure your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in the amount of $175. (Will refund in the case of inclement weather or if the reservation is canceled prior to 48 hours before scheduled reservation time.)
  • Do you offer guided tours or captain services?
    Currently, we offer self-guided rentals only. However, we do plan to offer captain services in the very near future.
  • Are renters required to have their own insurance, or is insurance provided by the rental company?
    No need to worry about insurance, we've got you covered! However, for your own protection, we will never dismiss the idea that having temporary boater's rental insurance is a good idea. Not required, but may be worth looking into.
  • Can I rent a boat for a special occasion or event?
    Absolutely! Our pontoon boats are perfect for special occasions and events. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and any additional arrangements needed.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
    Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages on board. Please just remember to dispose of any trash responsibly.
  • Are renters expected to clean the boat before returning it, or is there a cleaning fee?
    We do not have a required cleaning fee. However, renters are expected to return the boat in a reasonably clean condition. This includes removing any trash or personal belongings and wiping down surfaces if the mess is overly excessive. A cleaning fee may be applied if the boat is returned excessively dirty, requiring additional time and resources to clean. We appreciate renters' cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our boats for the enjoyment of future customers.
  • Are there any hidden fees or charges not mentioned in the rental agreement?
    Our rental agreement is transparent, and all charges are clearly outlined. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. We charge $499 for 8 hours of rental use. This price includes fuel. Renters will still need to pay taxes at checkout. You may elect to choose other options and amenities that may bring your total to a higher value. All other amenities are subject to their own applicable taxes and fees.
  • Are your boats accessible to individuals with disabilities? Do you provide any accommodations for them?
    While our boats are not specifically equipped for individuals with disabilities, we strive to accommodate all customers to the best of our ability. We can provide assistance with boarding and disembarking the boat for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, please contact us to discuss any specific needs or accommodations, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • What happens if there are damages to the boat or equipment during the rental?
    Damages to the boat or equipment during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. If you select the damage deposit during booking, you will be covered for up to $500 in damages. The damage deposit is optional and non-refundable.
  • Is there a security deposit required for boat rentals?
    We do require a security deposit in the amount of $175.00 during checkout prior to renting. This security deposit secures your booking date and ensures no one else can book this boat. Please see our cancellation policy regarding security deposits and cancellations. During checkout, you will be required to make a security deposit using a debit or credit card or with Google Pay. If you would like to pay in cash, please notify us and bring the remaining balance with you to transact prior to your rental period. If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, you will automatically be charged the remaining balance on the date of your booking.
